Physical Activity
Physical
Activity is another important aspect of maintaining a healthy lifestyle that we
should be incorporating into our daily living. Reaching a minimum of sixty
minutes of easy to hard exercise is a great goal to reach daily. Of course, you
can easily do this while having fun. Moderate exercise like swimming, walking
or bike riding is more relaxing whereas playing soccer or hockey requires more
energy. All of these are great ways to keep active and have fun, all while
maintaining a healthy body and mind. I personally start my day by doing
moderate activities such as walking or bike riding to our school. You may have
noticed me during the day walking around the classroom or at recess/ lunch,
walking around the playground. This shows I am doing moderate physical
activity. In the evening, I enjoy running on my treadmill or playing soccer
with friends which requires more body energy. What types of physical activity
did you do today? Was it moderate or where they activities that required more
energy? Did you have fun?

ReplyDeleteI like how your blog is dedicated to living healthy as children who are overweight is on the rise. I found that your blog explains what it means to live healthy well and that it was filled with examples, which will make it easier for them to understand and it will give them examples on how to increase their physical activity and improve their eating habits.
